I'm a Homestuck now.
...Yeah. I've actually reached Act 6 in reading it, and I don't think I'll be stopping anytime soon. While this probably will be a delight for my Homestuck friends, it will probably be a misery for everyone else who isn't one. So yeah, my apologies.

Hello, you may not remember me, but I remember you. I've traveled here from six years in the past to warn you about the purge.
But.. didn't the purge already happen? Why would you go to the future from the past to warn me about an event that has already transpired? Surely a better idea would be to stay in the past and alert my past self. But assuming that this isn't a mistake on your behalf, and you did mean to come to this time period to warn me about an event that I thought had already happened, I can only think of one thing that would actually make sense in that regard.

Do not worry, I too am aware of the existence of time travel and the problems it poses. Luckily for you, this particular incident happened to be a minor one. For as wibbly-wobbly time happens to be, one can never be too careful about how it happens. In the case of preventing total disaster, one must reverse the polarity of the neutron flow. But fortunately this bump in the space-time continuum only happens to be what it is. A simple bump. Thank the omniverse for that.
